Team-lead pharmacist pediatric hemato-oncology, CHU Sainte Justine, Pharmacy Department 

Ariane Blanc is a Canadian pharmacist, team-lead of the pediatric hemato-oncology pharmacy at Sainte Justine Hospital, affiliated to University of Montreal.

In 2002, Ariane earned a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy at University of Montreal. The following year she graduated from the same university with a Master’s degree in advanced pharmacotherapy, and received the Canadian Hospital Pharmacy Residency Award. She has worked at Sainte Justine Hospital in Montreal and Robert Debre Hospital in Paris, cumulating 9 years of experience as a clinical pharmacist in a wide range of specialties. In 2012, she was granted with the Quebec-China scholarship to study in the International MBA program at Tongji University in Shanghai. She was highly involved in team building, leadership and was named MBA Image Publicizing Ambassador of her program. In March 2014 she earned the MBA degree with honors and won the Excellency award. Her thesis subject was to develop a business model for space tourism healthcare service. She is an alumnus of the International Space University Space Studies Program 2014 that took part last summer in Montreal, Canada. She has always been passionate about space medicine and is eager to contribute to the innovation of the space medical practice through open-minded forward thinking.
